Adding a property guides you through six steps — from the basics to publishing your listing. Your first property is always free.

1 Basics

Enter the listing title, property type, city and address.

Add the size, description and amenities (e.g. balcony, parking, lift).

Set the monthly rent, deposit and whether utilities are included.

Configure electricity, water and gas meters if utilities aren't included.

Upload photos and pick a cover — good photos attract more enquiries.

Check the summary, set the availability date and publish the listing.
